Give it to Crouch!

It looks like they are giving the Portsmouth goal to Defoe, but the ball was still in play and if Crouch hadn't followed it up the game would have continued and the goal would not have been given, and so it looks like they have finally set precedent on the use of television cameras to control games, or else Crouch would have been credited with the goal. Does that mean we can now use tv cameras to determine results in other games and eliminate all the bad refereeing decisions?
